The stunning beach front location on the private sea estate of East Preston offered us a truly unique opportunity to design & build a fabulous beach side property. It was important the home fulfilled its potential and rather than design a simple modern box we chose to take inspiration from the Art Deco period but firmly rooting this with a modern design. The stepped detailing and curved walls combine beautifully and offer a truly timeless building of outstanding Architectural quality.

The external Architecture would blend well with various interiors. We could follow an Art Deco Inspired theme of natural stone, chrome, wood veneers and other high quality finishes or a more modern style to provide a contemporary seaside residence.

Inside the floor area is over 4000 square feet and arranged over three floors with the option to upgrade to the highest quality interiors. The layout maximises the sea views and caters well as a family home or holiday styled accommodation with all bedrooms having spacious suites. The Master Bedroom Suite is on its own private upper floor and boasts a sea facing balcony, living area, dressing room and spacious en-suite all served by a private lift and staircase.

The large open plan living space occupies the whole of the first floor and totals over 1300 square feet including the 300 square foot sea facing balcony. On the ground floor there are a further four bedrooms with four bathrooms / shower rooms, three of these bedrooms have direct access to a secluded garden terrace. Also on the ground floor you find a home office and a well arranged utility room with door leading to a fitted out and spacious double garage.
